We've developed expert services for every season.
Our program consists of specifically designed and seasonally
scheduled service visits. Your lawn care specialist is trained
to recognize and treat a variety of disease, insect and
weed problems and recommend proper maintenance
practices to help your lawn and landscape derive the most benefit
from our scheduled Service and maintenance program.

Lawn Care

  • Lawn Maintenance (Mowing)

Our standard lawn care service includes mowing the entire yard, line trimming (weed eating) around all trees, posts, fencing, etc. We offer both weekly and bi-weekly lawn care. However, we recommend our weekly service if you water your lawn, use a fertilization program or wish to thicken and improve the appearance of your lawn
  • Spring/Fall clean-up
Our spring clean-up service is the process of removing all leaves, branches and other debris that have accumulated over the course of the winter season throughout your property and landscape beds and hauling away the debris from your property.
Our fall clean-up service is the process of removing all leaves, branches and other debris from the seasons changing and winter approaching, fall clean-up may have to be broke up for a couple visits depending on the type of trees you have as they drop leaves at different times of the fall.

  • Landscaping

We will work with you, suggesting plantings and designs that incorporate your ideas and tastes. Our goal is to formulate a landscape design, within your budget, that will meet your needs, compliment your property and grow in value for years to come.

  • Core Aeration

Breathe Life Into Your Roots
Over time soil naturally compacted, leaving the subsoil undesireable for healthy lawn growth. Walking, playing, mowing and watering compact particles and reduce the air space necessary for root growth. Compaction is the greatest in the upper 1 to 1½ inches of soil and needs to be relieved by mechanical aeration. This mechanical process plugs 2-3 inch deep, finger size holes into the soil to improve the air, water and nutrient exchange with your lawns roots.

  • Seeding

Premier Grounds Seeding Services will increase turf density and improve the overall health and appearance of your yard. A dense lawn is the best natural defense against weed and insect damage. As your lawn ages, individual grass plants weaken and die, which can result in a thin, unhealthy lawn

  • Pruning

We can prune your shrubs and trees to maintain size or shape, promote flowering, or minimize disease occurance.

  • Re-Mulching

Re-mulching of areas that are thin will freshen the look and help control weeds.

  • Snow Removal

We provide snow removal to residential and commercial properties from plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, removing snow from roof, and de-icing.

  

Applications

  • Lawn Care Application     Discription.

Spring -   Pre-Emergant crabgrass control is applied along with fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.

Summer--   At this time fertilizer is applied along with broadleaf weed control lawn is checked for any problems from insect.

Late Summer-  Fertilizer is applied any weed are treated with broadleaf weed control
.
Fall-    Fertilizer is applied and the last dose of broadleaf weed control is applied to reduce next years weed population.

Dormant Fall-   Formulated fertilizer is applied to promote strong root growth and quick spring green up.

  • Tree and Shrub Pest Control Program

Premier Grounds Tree and Shrub Pest Control Program was developed to help deal with many of the problems suffered by stressed plants. Our licensed technician will inspect, diagnose and recommend treatment for many of the insect problems that may affect your plantings.
